Founder of Aqua Strength Performance
Meet Jack Brown, your go-to Strength & Performance Coach based out of Northern California. Jack has years of coaching experience with athletes of all sports, ages, and backgrounds. While he enjoys working with all athletes, Jack has become a specialist in the aquatic world working with hundreds of swimmers and water polo players helping them reach their potential.
As a former swimmer and water polo player, current water polo coach, and full-time strength coach, Jack has a unique skillset when it comes to building strength and decreasing the risk of injury with aquatic athletes.
He founded Aqua Strength Performance LLC, a training company that works with middle school, high school, collegiate, master, and professional level athletes both in-person and remote. Jack earned his BS in Kinesiology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

This team is built for athletes between 14-65. It is NOT meant for athletes 13 and younger who are brand new to training. The team consists of high school, collegiate, master, and professional level athletes who swim and/or play water polo.

Access to a gym with full equipment is recommended. This program still work great with the following equipment - Dumbbells, barbell/plates, bench, pull up bar, bands (modifications can be made by Coach Jack).

You have 24/7 access to Coach Jack, and you can message him for the necessary program adjustments. He works with athlete’s schedules to ensure they are properly prepared for important competitions!

You can move the training sessions to fit your schedule throughout each week (example: shift a Monday workout to Tuesday). While there are 3 strength days and 2 mobility days programmed, you can also choose to lower the volume and do 1-2 strength days and/or 1 mobility day. Some people have limited time and prefer to do 2 strength sessions instead of all 3.
